(1) The conveyor belt is slipping. The reason is that the frictional traction of the roller is reduced, overloaded, or the tape is jammed.
① The conveyor belt is stretched due to plastic deformation after using for a period of time, resulting in insufficient belt tension, reduced frictional traction and slipping.
②When the contact surface between the conveyor and the driving drum is immersed in muddy water or dust, the friction coefficient drops sharply, and the belt slips.
③Damaged rollers, entanglement of debris, buried pressure of materials, etc. will cause a large number of rollers to not rotate. Damaged belts or joints will increase resistance when passing through the rollers, serious deviation of the belts, and excessive loading of goods. Excessive resistance causes the belt to slip. To

①Strengthen operation management, control the amount of materials supplied, and prohibit overload operation. The slip protection device is used normally, and the sensor will send a signal when slipping, and it will automatically stop, which is convenient for maintenance and treatment.
②Regularly or timely adjust the tension of the conveyor belt. Equipped with corresponding tensioning device, when slipping can be solved by adding a counterweight; for slipping in rain or snow, the configuration has the function of automatically increasing the tension compensation, and has the function of automatic shutdown when the belt is broken.
③Adopt anti-sprinkling measures, add non-working surface cleaners to enhance the operator's sense of responsibility, and timely remove muddy water, materials and other debris on the roller.
