Synchronous belt has these characteristics:

2. It has buffering and vibration reduction capabilities, low noise and stable transmission.

3. The transmission efficiency is high, generally up to 98%, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.

4. The transmission ratio range is large, generally up to 10, the linear speed can reach 50M/S, and the transmission power is from a few watts to hundreds of watts.

Precautions when installing the synchronous belt:

1. When the distance between the two pulleys can be moved, shorten the center distance first, and then reset the center distance after the timing belt is installed.

2. When there is a tensioning wheel, the tensioning wheel must be loosened first, and then the tensioning wheel should be installed after the timing belt is installed.

3. When installing the timing belt on the pulley, remember not to use excessive force, or use a screwdriver to pry the timing belt, which may cause the tension in the timing belt to break.

4. When the timing belt is in transmission, the parallelism of the axis of the two pulleys is relatively high, otherwise the timing belt will deviate when it is working, and the appreciation will jump out of the pulley.
